So, apparently my Mom is right. She almost always is. Anyway, since the incident after my morning workout, I am definitely going to tune it down a notch.
The human body is a complex thing. I am afraid I worked it too hard. So here goes, I am going to be HEALTHY and will stop bothering with being skinny. I am at 116.6lbs now. It’s fine. I want those skinny legs, but not at the cost of my health.
So I have decided. I won’t work out all days of the week. Okay, so no working out on all 7 days of the week.
Next, when college reopens, I will work out on Sat+Sun, then on Tuesday and Thursday. That’s it. 4 days of the week. Cool? I think so.
I will watch what I eat, monitor my food intake but I will STOP obsessing over workouts; now that I have experienced it’s ill-effects. No more over-working my body. If I am tired, I am tired. I will take a rest day, le fuck you very much.
At the end of the day, you ~have~ to listen to your body. It’s not mind over matter, it’s LISTENING TO YOUR BODY. If your body is tired (not talking about being sore. Being sore is okay) then DON’T YOU FUCKING DARE PUSH YOURSELF. Take a rest day. Do it right.
