do you think its easier to stay motivated if you have a tumblr or is it distracting? because we are the same height and im at the same starting weight as you and my goal weight is your goal weight! ive just hap trouble getting motivated /:
It’s SO much easier staying motivated when you have a Fitblr. I would definitely have given up somewhere if it hadn’t been for Tumblr.
It gives me knowledge about the healthy way to lose weight..about the healthy eating and working out.
It reminds me to drink water.
Looking at others’ success stories is so motivating…’cause I’ll be like “I am going to get there one day!”
It generally helps me stay on track. Plus I love Tumblr because it helps me know that I’m not alone.
This time round, Tumblr taught me to be patient and take my journey one day at a time. (:
Tumblr also distracts me from binge eating. I log in here and it instantly reminds me of what I’m doing and how I shouldn’t give up on that.
